The terms and conditions for
SkyLink Systems are as follows:
Equipment Purchases:
All equipment is purchased in advance of delivery via
credit card, or by a signed contract, secured by a
credit card and due upon receipt of the equipment.
Products can be returned within seven days for any
reason. The customer must call SkyLink Systems to
request a return authorization number. Items returned
without a return authorization number will be refused
and shipped back to the sender
SkyLink Systems warranties all products for one year.
Any item that fails to work within 12 months from the
day of purchased will be replaced or repaired free of
charge, depending on the cause for malfunction. The
customer must call SkyLink Systems for a return
authorization form. Items returned without a
return authorization number will be refused and shipped
back to the sender. The customer is responsible only for
the shipping charges to SkyLink Systems. After the item
is repaired, it will be shipped back the customer at no
cost.
Service Contracts:
Customers purchasing a service contract will be
charged a monthly fee in exchange for.
1. Internet Access
2. Registry Server Notification
3. Technical Support
4. Capturing critical information and events on CD
Rom.
5. Creating and maintaining customer website for
multiple site access.
Customers are billed monthly for this service and the
terms are "due upon receipt". Failure to pay the bill
may result in a discontinuation of the above stated
services.
