| Here is how it works: |

Each affiliate will receive marketing materials,
pricing, helpful sales hints, commission schedule, and
an affiliate agreement.
Each affiliate gets paid a commission that produces a
sale. The sale must close to get paid. The affiliate
does not have to make the actual sale, our sale
professionals do that. Leads are defined in three
categories; cold leads, warm leads, and hot leads. A
cold lead is business name and phone number. Cold
leads are supplied by the affiliate by submitting a cold
lead form. The affiliate can supply one lead at a time
or attach a file or database of names and phone numbers.
A warm lead is a click-through, where the customer will
either place a phone call or fill out an inquiry form.
You can view the customer landing page at
www.skylinksystems.com/index.business.htm. In both
instances, the customer will be given a promotional
code, which is the affiliate's number. Any lead, warm or
cold, that closes within two weeks, is given a Hot Lead
classification and the affiliate will get paid at the
full $ 300.00 rate. The
commission structure is based on a multi-tiered schedule
that includes all possible lead generations from distribution
lists to hot leads. All warm leads are contacted within
24 hours after submission. In most cases, cold leads are
also contacted within 24 hours of submission. The
exception being a database of names that will be turned
over to our telemarketers and may take several days to
filter through an entire list.
Commissions are paid within five business days of the
last day of the month. Also, the sale is considered closed
when the equipment is delivered, not installed, like with
most affiliate programs.
Our affiliates have virtually no limitations with respect
to marketing. In addition, we provide the direct, personal
support to close the sale ourselves.
Our technical support staff will assist the end user with
installation and activation of each of our systems. The
affiliate has no responsibility once the sale is closed.
Our custom website allows each affiliate to track and
manage their sales commission and payout percentage with
respect to each sale. |

All leads converted to sales count towards one common
tier. For example, if Skylink converts 2 Cold Lead,
5 Warm Leads and 3 Hot Leads that would count as
10 converted leads and each is paid at the 10+ commission
rate. Additionally ALL 8 of your orders are paid
at the 21+ rate.
* All tiers reset on the 1st of each month. A Hot
Lead MUST close within 2 weeks of initial contact. |

Drive-by provided by our systems provide the business
owner the ability to observe several locations remotely
over the internet from another business, a home, or while
on vacation, almost anywhere in the world. The video archiving
stores video 24/7 for up to 30 days, allowing the owner/operator
to manage more affectively and providing protection from
theft, vandalism, and other potential liabilities. More

| We charge a small monthly monitoring fee that ranges
between $ 30.00 and $ 49.00 per month for remote viewing.
This fee represents the cost for SkyLink to design and
maintain customer websites, continually monitor and manage
the network, and provide technical support virtually around
the clock. This monthly fee also allows SkyLink the ability
to sell systems at a significantly lower cost that most
of our competitors. In most cases, our systems are 50-80%
less than most competitors. Furthermore our product and
service quality is markedly higher. Our entry level two
camera systems start at only $ 1699.00. While our standard
four camera solution, our most popular system, sells for
$ 2,299.00. That price includes a four channel digital
video recorder, four cameras, a monitor for local viewing
and an install kit for an easy self install. Some of our
custom solutions involve 16 camera systems with pan/tilt/zoom
cameras and other types of covert viewing platforms. Our
commitment to affordable, reliable solutions is the reason
